Here's What It Takes: Customer Success Role

Vincere is on a mission to provide low or no-cost access to addiction healthcare through employer benefits and Medicaid. Addiction rates have risen sharply during the pandemic. Vincere gives individuals a virtual health platform inclusive of a mobile app, connected device, health coach, and psychiatrist, all in one. The integrated care experience leads to incredible rates of success with conquering addiction - over 53%.

In our Customer Success Manager (CSM) role, you’ll be responsible for improving access to this critical healthcare. We need help scaling our virtual care delivery program and creating a delightful customer experience from the moment someone reaches out to us to the moment they leave. This means being able to work on a wide array of items from setting up intake calls with and onboarding future participants, supporting company operations and logistics, helping manage and support clinical providers when necessary, and other high level customer success efforts.


Who we are looking for:

We want a dynamic customer success generalist who can take the reins and run in a rapidly growing startup environment. The right candidate will be able to adapt to changing needs, be proactive, thoughtful, and be a great critical thinker. We prioritize individuals with the right collaborative attitude and ability to adapt quickly – things change quickly in the startup world and if there’s a problem, we need this individual to dig in, suggest a solution, and go with it.  


A good candidate will have:

  • Between 1-3 years of experience in a customer success role or account management role or another relevant client-facing position

  • Interest in working with patients – we help support individuals from all across the income and education spectrum. We like to prioritize candidates with great empathy and compassion for our population.

  • Experience managing projects and small teams is a plus.

  • Being an excellent critical thinker & problem solver is a plus!

  • Ability to work in the US (Strong preference for an individual based in the Boston area!)
