Who we are:

Vincere is on a mission to provide low or no-cost access to addiction healthcare through employer benefits, State partnerships and Medicaid. Addiction rates have risen sharply during the pandemic. Vincere gives individuals a virtual health platform inclusive of a mobile app, connected device, health coach / counselor, all in one program. The integrated care experience leads to incredible rates of success with conquering addiction - 50% have been biochemically verified to quit at the end of our program.
We were founded in 2019 at the Harvard Innovation Lab, joined the Techstars | UnitedHealthcare Accelerator in 2020, and have since partnered with some of the largest payers, providers and most influential investors in US healthcare.

What we need help with:
​
We need help scaling our virtual care delivery program and creating a delightful customer experience from the moment someone reaches out to us to the moment they leave. This means being able to work on a wide array of items from setting up intake calls with future participants, supporting company operations and logistics, helping manage and support clinical providers when necessary, assisting or helping oversee marketing ads (Google Ads / Facebook Ads), and other high level customer success efforts.
Who we are looking for:

We want a dynamic generalist who can take the reins and run in a rapidly growing startup environment. The right candidate will be able to adapt to changing needs, be proactive, thoughtful, and a good critical thinker. We prioritize individuals with the right collaborative attitude and ability to pivot– things change quickly in the startup world and if there’s a problem we need this individual to dig in, suggest a solution, and go with it.

A good candidate will have:

Between 0-3 years of experience in a customer success role or another relevant client facing position
Define the scope of development work, metrics to track, and product goals

Interest in and empathy for working with patients – we help support individuals from all across the income and education spectrum

Comfort providing customer service via phone and text

Ability to package and mail small QuitKit boxes (<2 lbs.) to patients via UPS drop off location

Ability to work in the US (must be located around Boston or 25-30 miles from Stoneham, MA and have own transportation)
